Shipping policy

Due to the weight and dimensions of most custom furniture orders, freight shipping services will be utilized via UPS Ground or brokered through a third party site.  There is a $50 handling fee for all freight shipped orders due to the costs of packaging and the construction of a custom pallet.  Customers will be contacted directly by the freight vendor with delivery instructions.  Please note that, unless otherwise indicated, all freight shipments include curbside delivery ONLY.
